We aim to always deliver the suggested lead time. However, this could be impacted by postal strikes or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow an additional few days before chasing your order.

Free delivery is guaranteed on orders over £250, ensuring you get the best value when buying larger furniture items.

Here are our standard delivery prices:

Items that fall in to the small item bracket have a delivery cost of £3.95

Footstools and Larger items have a delivery cost of £7.95

Standard delivery is processed and fulfilled by FEDEX, although they do not offer specific time slots, they do genuinely have good communication procedures with our customers, and you will usually keep you well informed via email

Please understand that although we would love to ensure all parcels arrive on time and in good condition, once we have passed the parcel to the courier we have to trust they will deliver to our agreement. If on occasions this does not happen, we will support you to track the shipment and will be as keen to resolve any issues as much as you are. Your patience in such scenarios is appreciated.
